Please allow 24 hours for order to be fulfilled. Please allow 3-5 business days for items to be shipped and delivered. Please allow 2-3 weeks for all PRE-ORDER items. Pre-order items are made to order so please allow enough time for manufacturing and shipping. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days in addition to the 3-5 business days prior. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been processed. A tracking number will be provided after order is fulfilled.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

wizdemclothing.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim and contact our support team support@wizdemclothing.com

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods to take pictures of before filing a claim.
